Dreamship works with a diversified network of production partners across the United States which allow us to scale your volumes and meet market needs. To help you better communicate delivery times with your customers, we would like to inform you on three states of operations:
Operating as normal: business is as usual and production times follow Dreamship estimates, available in our product catalogue in Dreamship app. Production time starts when your order has been accepted by Dreamship.
Operating with minor issue: due to external incidents, our production partners might experience minor production time delays (~3-5 business days).
Operating with major issue: due to external incidents, our production partners might experience major production time delays (~5-10 business days).
Though we do not guarantee exact production times, we will make sure to assist you if you are experiencing unusual delays. Please submit a ticket if your order is on hold for more than 10 business days from the order accepted date and our support team will review the issue.
