Delivery Time
Our production partners, located throughout the United States, offer multiple shipping services from a large network of carrier companies. Shipping times are given per item and are always best estimates. Shipping times are available in our product catalogue page in Dreamship app. This ensures transparency and allows you to plan accordingly.
Belows are our estimated delivery time for each shipping methods:
Economy: estimated 4-8 business days.
Ground: estimated 2-5 business days.
Express: estimated 2-4 business days.
Two-day: estimated 1-2 business days.
Carrier Delays
Dreamship will communicate with merchants about any major delays from our carrier partners due to external factors (Covid-19, weather etc..) in the product catalog page of the Dreamship app, community or daily support conversation.
